Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, or related field
- Experienced in HR administration is preferred
- Understand BPJS administration and payroll process
- Strong understanding of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work in a team
Responsibily :
- Oversee and-to-end recruitment, employee data, onboarding & offboarding employee processes
- Manage payroll coordination and HR administration
- Handle BPJS administration, compensations and benefits employee
- Prepare payroll input and coordinate absen administration
- Monitor employee performance evaluation processes and support performance management initiatives.
- Coordinate employee training, development programs, and engagement activities.
