Description
Qualifications :
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in General Affair, Administration, or Operational Support.
- Good knowledge of office administration, asset management, facility maintenance, and vendor coordination.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
- Good understanding of company operational support and workplace safety procedures.
- Able to maintain confidentiality of company information and documents.
- Willing to travel for business purposes if required.
- Having a valid driving license (SIM A/C) is an advantage.
Responsibility :
- Manage and monitor company facilities, office equipment, and operational assets.
- Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, cleanliness, and security to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Handle procurement processes for office supplies, operational needs, and company assets.
- Maintain records and documentation related to company assets, inventories, and vendor agreements.
- Coordinate with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Support operational activities related to Cash In Transit (CIT) services and branch office requirements.
- Ensure company vehicles, communication tools, and operational equipment are properly maintained and ready for use.
- Monitor and control general operational expenses in accordance with company policies.
- Assist in handling company licenses, permits, and administrative compliance.
- Prepare regular reports related to General Affair activities and asset management.
- Ensure all workplace facilities comply with health, safety, and company regulations.
- Support other administrative and operational tasks assigned by management.
